Engineer, Architect, Author.

I’m a software engineer and architect with an interest in organizations and their methods of developing software.

In almost 20 years of speaking at conferences and writing articles for magazines, I published over 100 times. I wrote two books on software architecture and was co-founder of a consulting company (embarc) and a training organization (Socreatory). I am active board member of the international Software Architecture Qualification Board (iSAQB) and also member of the strategic council of this biggest certification for software architecture worldwide. I like to travel, am into photography and appreciate some good wine in between.
